Therefore, when selecting the actual load-bearing capacity, a certain safety margin should be left. Choose according to three industrial casters to bear all the weight. One of the industrial casters is suspended in the air. This method is suitable for occasions where the industrial casters bear high impulse and the ground conditions are poor during cargo shipment or equipment movement, especially when the total weight is large.
Choose 120% of the total weight of the four industrial casters. This method is suitable for occasions where the ground condition is good and the impact on industrial casters is small during cargo shipment or equipment movement.
It needs to be specially pointed out that for those industrial casters that will be greatly impacted, not only industrial casters with large load-bearing capacity should be selected, but also specially designed impact-resistant structures should be selected. To ensure that the casters are a general load that can carry out long-term handling in a safe state, it is necessary to estimate the total weight of the carried objects in advance, and then select the appropriate casters according to the allowable load.
In the actual use environment, it usually appears that only 3 of the 4 casters are subjected to force. Therefore, the total weight limit should be based on the theoretical × safety factor of 0.8.
